Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
All orders over £50 qualify for free shipping within the UK via Roal Mail 2nd Class services (2 - 5 working days).

Expedited Shipping
All orders can be upgraded to expedited delivery at the checkout for the fee of £1.95. All expedited shipping will be done via Royal Mail Special Delivery and/or Royal Mail Tracked 24 services.

International Shipping
Unfortunatley we do not currently offer International shipping.

Please Note: All orders recieved before 2PM will despatch same day. We aim to have your items delivered as soon as possible, however all delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed due to external factors outside of our control.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

What happens if my order is delayed?
There may be times where an order will be delayed, if this were to happen then we would reach out to you directly via email with an up to date delivery estimate.

Return & Exchange Policy
All items are elgibile for return or exchange if they were purchased within the last 30 days of the sales receipt.

Returns
To return an item, please email customer service at info@thornells.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to use using the free return label provided.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
